Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) or Dollar Value:
• Optical crystal products (MOQ) is 100pcs or $3000.00 USD, whichever is greater.
• Jade glass (5/8" thick or thinner) and Starfire glass (3/4" thick) products minimum dollar amount of $3000.00.
•Molten glass products (MOQ) is 1000pcs plus an additional mold charge will apply.

Existing Shapes: We have thousands of existing shapes and sizes in stock. Simply find a similar design in stock and either fax or e-mail us your modified specifications in inches. The smallest fraction we can make is 1/8 due to the nature of crystal hand-made production.

New Shapes: Beyond the extensive selection of PRISM Optical crystal items in stock, we also welcome one-of-a-kind custom inquiries. Given that we need to start from scratch, please provide us your drawings or blueprints with specifications in inches and/or a sample piece, if available to prevent any errors or misunderstanding. If necessary, depending on the required measurements of the piece, further modifications will be made to the design to achieve cost effectiveness.

Custom Engraving Artwork: We also do custom sandblasting artworks for your custom order. Simply send us your Black and White artwork in .psd or .pdf format, high-resolution (300 dpi. or better) to prevent blurring during the engraving process.
Custom Packaging: We also customize gift boxes with your personalized logo in one color, which will be imprinted on the gift box (if desired).

Sample Production: A physical sample may be produced for your approval after the order is confirmed. The production lead time is usually 5-7 days, excluding transit time from the factory. The sample charge is $50.00 per piece, plus the quoted item's unit price, and in addition to any applicable set up fees. Once the sample is approved and the order results, the $50.00 charge will be credited back to your order.

Deposit: We require a 50% deposit to proceed with the confirmed order production.

Shipping Charges: We do not keep stock for any custom-made items. All custom-made items are manufactured in our factories oversea. Not including production time, Ocean shipment transit time takes approximately 3 weeks and Air shipment transit time takes approximately 5 days. Ocean freight charge is included if the quoted price is F.O.B. Montclair, CA. For any rush orders shipped by Air, additional Air freight charges will apply.
