We carefully pack each order following the guidelines established by UPS. We strive to ensure your order arrives in tact. In the event of receiving damaged goods or reporting loss items, we recommend that you contact us within 5 business days in order for us to expedite the receipt of your replacement item(s) or refund.

Instructions on filing claim:
1. Please email a digital photo of any damaged items along with the invoice number to with the description of the damage to the merchandise.
2. UPS requires that the shipping box, shipping supplies and broken contents be kept for 7 business days after the report date. UPS representative may contact you to pick up the damaged merchandise. If within 7 days, UPS has not contacted you, please discard the item unless instructed to be returned to Topmost.
